Pope's visit helps change image of BiH for the better

Director of the Foreign Investment Promotion Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina (FIPA) Jelica Grujić told Federal News Agency Fena that the upcoming visit of Pope Francis will help to change image of BiH for the better because he believes there will be significant media coverage.

She added that visits of religious leaders, but also of other important political, scientific, cultural and sports figures, are important in sense of delivering messages and views of institutions they represent to the certain locations of their visit.

Pope Francis will visit Sarajevo on June 6, which will be the third time that the Head of Roman Catholic Church is visiting BiH.

His predecessor, Pope John Paul II, visited BiH in 1997 and 2003.
