Essa has a few unexpected accomplishments for a musician; the UK MC is also a qualified lawyer who trained at a top city law firm - and even managed to release a record while he was there! He was previously known as Yungun and his third album The Misadventures Of A Middleman, released last month on First Word Records, is his first under the new alias. Here's a couple of tracks from it live in session for us.  

Riton is Henry Smithson from Newcastle. He's worked with the likes of AlunaGeorge and Soulwax and is one half of Carte Blanche alongside the legendary DJ Mehdi. He takes his professional moniker from the French slang for Henry, which is apt as he's heavily affiliated with Parisian electro stalwarts Ed Banger, having released several tracks on the label. This is includes his most recent EP, Bad Guy RiRi, which came out at the end of May. Here he is In The Mix
