See the birth of a wild horse on Prenj

Photographer, ecologist and a activist for the preservation of rivers in Bosnia, Dinno Kasalo, recorded unusual photographs: birth of a wild horse on Prenj. 

As Kasalo explains, a pack of wild horse on Prenj are located near the Boračko lake; on the altitude of 1580 m. They migrate with the melting of snowy cloths. 

Prenj is home to other packs of wild horses, too, located on even higher planes. As Kasalo says, last year there were 82 horses. This pack has 26 horses. They're biggest threats are rustlers and wolves, which eaten one stallion last weekend.
